Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing guidance and support to foster professional growth and development.
- Develop and implement engineering strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of engineering projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of engineering solutions with other business units.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the engineering department, encouraging the adoption of new technologies and methodologies.
- Manage budget and resource allocation for engineering projects, optimizing efficiency and effectiveness.

Required Education:
