Pay and Benefits:
*This is a second shift position that requires training on our first shift for approximately 6 months*
- First shift hours are 7:00 am - 3:30 pm Monday-Friday
- Second shift hours are 3:15 pm - 11:45 pm Monday-Friday
- The compensation is $28.32 per hour to start while training on first shift.
- The compensation once on second shift includes a $1.50 shift differential, bringing compensation to $29.82!!!
- This position is eligible for regular increases.
- Paid time off with paid holiday break at year end
- Full-time benefits start on the 1st of the month following your start date.
- 401k with 4% match
Position Details:

What you'll do:
- Operate 4 Axis Mill Turn Center to manufacture, at high speed, complex components
- Setup less complex components
- Program and read programs and tapes to be able to differentiate between each of the 4 axes
- Run, edit, and adjust experimental and production tapes using the machine console
- Employ extensive knowledge of cutting tools to monitor tool wear during machining cycles
- Perform inspection of all operations
- Preset tools and perform deburring or other operations as cycle time permits

- Previous machining experience in CNC Lathe and manual lathe/milling preferred
- Mazatrol experience a plus
