Responsibilities

The Role 

You will join a small, newly formed, and highly visible Transformation Office responsible for leading the company's most strategic, enterprisewide transformation initiatives. These programs are complex, missioncritical, and backed by multimilliondollar investments. As a key driver within the Transformation Office, you will translate strategy into execution-turning transformational vision into measurable outcomes and sustained business impact. 

This is a high visibility Project Change Management Analyst role - leads change communications, adoption, and workforce readiness for IT transformation initiatives. It translates complex technical change into clear, targeted messaging; monitors adoption and employee sentiment; and delivers executive-ready insights tied to delivery milestones. Partnering closely with IT, HR, and the Transformation Management Office, the role aligns change efforts with agile delivery, proactively identifies workforce risks, and drives mitigation through communication, training, and readiness actions.

Position Responsibilities 

Change Communications & Execution  

  • Partner with transformation and technology leadership to define what, when, and how to communicate-developing core materials including leadership briefings, release communications, and enduser messaging. 
  • Execute the IT transformation communications plan, ensuring leadershipaligned messaging, consistent narratives, and appropriate cadence across stakeholder groups. 
  • Collaborate with IT workstreams (e.g., engineering, infrastructure, data) to translate leadership intent into audiencespecific communications for impacted teams. 

 Adoption & Employee Insights  

  • Gather, synthesize feedback to technology transformation, and analyze trends in associate feedback, business partner stakeholders  
  • Monitor user adoption trends and recommend actions to improve engagement and change acceptance  

Workforce Readiness & Reporting  

  • Track and report on workforce readiness and capability KPIs tied to IT delivery milestones (e.g., training completion, role transitions, system adoption rates)  
  • Translate change progress and organizational signals into concise, executive-ready reports  

Cross-Functional Collaboration  

  • Partner within the Transformation Management Office (TMO) as well as technology leadership, and HR to support upskilling, reskilling, and workforce transition efforts  
  • Partner with Corporate Communications to deliver cultureinformed change communications aligned to system releases, agile sprints, and key program milestones 

Risk Identification & Mitigation  

  • Proactively identify and escalate staffrelated risks, using analytical problemsolving to evaluate impact and recommend practical mitigation strategies. 
  • Drive mitigation planning through targeted communications, training interventions, and workforce alignment actions. 

Core Competencies - How You Will Contribute 

  • Change Management Expertise: Strong understanding of change management principles (e.g., ADKAR) within IT or digital transformations  
  • Technical Communication: Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, audience-appropriate messaging  
  • Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to collaborate across IT, HR, and business teams  
  • Analytical Thinking: Experience tracking KPIs, interpreting adoption data, and generating actionable insights  
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in fast-paced, agile or hybrid delivery environments  
  • Problem Solving: Ability to proactively identify risks and develop practical mitigation strategies 
Qualifications

Required Education/Experience 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)  
  • 5+ years of experience in change management, communications, or transformation roles, preferably within IT or digital programs  
  • 5+ years of experience supporting large-scale technology initiatives (e.g., cloud migration, ERP implementations, data platforms, or cybersecurity programs)  
  • 3-5 years of familiarity with agile technology delivery methodologies and transformation program structures  

Preferred Experience  

  • Experience using Power BI and SQL analytics to track adoption, workforce readiness, and transformation KPIs, translating insights into executiveready reporting.  
  • Proficiency with Atlassian Jira and Confluence to support agile delivery, transformation governance, and change documentation.  
  • Experience with Monday.com or similar workmanagement tools to coordinate crossfunctional initiatives and track transformation milestones.  
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for leadership communications, dashboards, and reporting.
