Position Summary: 
ADM is seeking a Fleet Manager to manage tug boats and barge fleets at our American River Transportation Company (ARTCo) fleeting location in St Louis, MO  
Job Responsibilities: 
Responsible for the day-to-day safe and efficient operations 
Oversees regular vessel housekeeping, maintenance and engineering 
Assist Captains with administrative duties and compliance with Corporate programs 
Manage vessel staffing, including hiring of vessel personnel; communicating areas of accountability and performance expectations; conducting employee evaluations and recommends promotions, transfers and dismissals; and employee training 
Insure vessels and crews compliance with environmental, safety and USCG regulations 
Directly responsible for oversight of barge fleet maintenance, compliance, and keeping up with fleet conditions. 
Additional duties and responsibilities as required or requested 
Participate in safety and industry audits while promoting a culture of safety
