F-15SA Modifications Tool Room Coordinator - Saudi Arabia **Sign-On Bonus Potential**

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Tool Room Coordinator to support our F-15SA Modifications team. The Production Coordinator - F-15SA Modifications will play a key role in supporting the execution and delivery of F-15SA aircraft modifications at King Abdulaziz Air Base, Dharan, Saudi Arabia, ensuring compliance with Boeing standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.
This is a long-term expatriate position based 100% on-site at King Abdulaziz Air Base, Dharan Saudi Arabia. Relocation/assignment benefits to the international location will be provided. Ability to meet international assignment health requirements required. If accompanied, family must also meet international assignment health requirements.
This role reports to the Operations Manager - F-15SA Modifications.
(The selected candidate will be onboarded in alignment with program start and execution timelines; flexibility in start date and working hours may be required to meet operational demands).
Position Responsibilities:
  • Tool Control & Inspection: Oversee the Tool Control Program performing routine maintenance, calibration verification, inspection, and repair tracking for all tooling and equipment used in F-15SA modifications.
  • Data Management & Traceability: Input, update, and maintain tool and tooling records in assigned data systems ensuring traceability of inspections, repairs, and test results to meet contractual and regulatory requirements.
  • Issue & Receipt: Issue and inspect tools to technicians and modification teams; verify return, condition, and serviceability; document discrepancies and corrective actions.
  • Regulatory & Contractual Compliance: Document procedures and established processes to ensure compliance with Boeing standards, regulatory requirements and program contractual obligations.
  • Support for Modification Activities: Coordinate with production control, coordinators, and management to ensure tooling availability for scheduled modification tasks and emergent work; participate in job sequencing and expediting where required.
  • Training & Cross-Utilization: Coordinate tool control training as required to sustain tool room coverage and compliance.
  • Safety & Airworthiness: Inspect tooling and verify repairs relative to flight-worthiness requirements; support safe handling tasks as required by modification activities.
  • Communication & Reporting: Maintain clear communication with operations, maintenance control, and program teams; provide accurate reporting of tool status, shortages, and inspection results to support schedule and quality metrics.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in CI/LEAN/BPS initiatives to improve tool room workflows, reduce delays, and improve data accuracy.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned in support of the F-15SA modification statement of work.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • 3+ years of experience in aircraft maintenance, modification and/or MRO environments, with demonstrable experience in the implementing, maintaining and executing of tool control procedures and systems
  • 2+ years of experience in an operational Tool Coordinator/logistics/supply role within an Aircraft Maintenance and Modification environment
  • Working knowledge, experience and proven application of Aircraft Maintenance and Modification standards, requirements and associated regulations
  • Strong planning, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • 2 years experience working with Inventory control system or similar tool accountability systems beneficial

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Degree or technical qualification in Aircraft Maintenance, Aerospace Engineering, Logistics, or related field
  • TCMAXX tool control system experience
  • Knowledge of Boeing and Saudi Arabia regulatory requirements or prior experience working in Saudi Arabia
