In this role, you will leada team of engineers responsible for designing innovative, high-performanceproducts that elevate Kohler Wellness experiences. You will drive theintegration of engineeringexcellence with user-centered wellness outcomes-balancing speed, quality, andinnovation to deliver category-defining solutions.

This hands-on leaderwill guide teams through Kohler's New Product Development process, owningproduct integrity from concept through launch and lifecycle. Success requires ablend of technical mastery, talent development, and the ability to translateemerging wellness insights into differentiated product experiences.
