About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Engineering Support Technician to join our growing and dynamic team. This role supports engineering operations and quality through product testing, data analysis, documentation, and direct technical assistance. The ideal candidate works effectively both independently and collaboratively, demonstrates strong organizational skills, and enjoys working with physical products while contributing to continuous improvement efforts.

Key Responsibilities Execute test plans on products, fixtures, and systems in accordance with engineering specifications and procedures Accurately collect, analyze, and summarize test and return data; prepare clear and concise summary reports for engineering and leadership teams Process product returns (RMA), record status, document findings, and maintain traceable records in internal systems Provide hands-on technical support to engineering teams during product development, validation, and troubleshooting activities Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Customer Support Maintain organized test documentation, logs, and ensuring accuracy and attention to detail Utilize Microsoft Excel extensively for data analysis, charts, and reporting Prepare presentations and technical summaries using PowerPoint; communicate clearly via Outlook email and calendar tools Support lab organization, tool maintenance, and safe handling of equipment and materials Required Qualifications Strong ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively as part of a team Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and documentation Experience summarizing technical data and writing clear, structured reports Hands-on aptitude with mechanical or electrical products Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Ability to follow test procedures and execute test plans consistently Strong time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities Nice-to-Have / Preferred Qualifications Basic experience with computer-aided drafting (CAD) tools Basic knowledge of household electrical wiring concepts and electrical safety Call center support, decision tree development or product triage Familiarity with leveraging AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar) to improve productivity, data analysis, documentation, or troubleshooting Prior experience in an engineering lab, manufacturing environment, or technical support role Recommended Additional Attributes (Valued for Success) Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and processes Strong verbal communication skills and ability to explain technical findings to non-technical audiences Problem-solving mindset with a continuous improvement approach Adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment Why Join Us?
