We’re looking for a driven, forward-thinking Custom Homes Construction Manager who takes ownership, anticipates challenges before they arise, and leads projects to successful completion with confidence and precision. In this role, you’ll operate with a high level of independence driving momentum across multiple custom home builds. Just as important, you’ll deliver an exceptional customer experience—communicating clearly, setting expectations, and ensuring every homeowner feels informed and confident throughout the process. Required Skills and Experience

  • Homebuilding construction experience
  • Highly proficient in construction-related technology, including scheduling, vendor management, and customer communication platforms, with a proven ability to rapidly adopt and leverage new tools.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and execute construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings, and clearly communicate requirements to subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
  • Proven experience proactively managing all aspects of the build process, taking full ownership of project schedules, vendor performance, and final product quality.
  • Must be able to anticipates challenges, drive accountability across trade base, and ensures timelines, standards, and customer expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
