Job description

Position Summary
We are looking for a talented Webflow Developer to join our Marketing Team and play a key role in building, optimizing, and maintaining our marketing website. You will collaborate closely with designers, content managers, PMs, PMMs, and other developers to create high-performing, scalable, and visually engaging web experiences. Your expertise in Webflow, front-end development, and performance optimization will be critical in ensuring a seamless and engaging user journey.
About the role
  • Webflow Development - Build, maintain, and enhance marketing web pages using Webflow, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
  • CMS Management - Manage Webflow CMS collections, structure dynamic content, and optimize workflows for efficient content updates.
  • Design Implementation - Work closely with designers to bring Figma designs to life while ensuring pixel-perfect accuracy and responsiveness.
  • Style Standards - Familiar with Client-First or other style guidelines and strategies, maintain consistency by adhering to style guidelines and strategies for Webflow projects.
  • Website Optimization - Improve site speed, performance, accessibility, and SEO/AEO best practices.
  • A/B Testing & Analytics - Implement A/B testing, conversion rate optimizations, and tracking integrations with Google Analytics, Marketo, or similar tools.

  • Experience - 5+ years of experience developing Webflow websites in a professional setting.
  • Technical Skills - Strong proficiency in Webflow, Webflow CMS, and custom code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Design Fluency - Understanding of UX/UI principles and ability to work with Figma designs.
  • SEO/AEO & Performance Optimization - Experience optimizing Webflow sites for speed, SEO, and accessibility.
  • Problem-Solving - Ability to troubleshoot issues, optimize workflows, and implement creative solutions.
  • Marketing & Growth Mindset - Experience working on conversion-focused pages and A/B testing.

  • Education - B.S. degree in CS or equivalent with 2+ years of industry experience

Bonus Skills:

  • Extensive experience with JavaScript/ES6/TypeScript.
  • Experience integrating Webflow with Marketo, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Clearbit, SEMrush, etc.
  • Familiarity with emerging SEO/AEO practices, including optimizing content for AI-powered search, answer engines, and large language model-driven discovery.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is between $130,000 and $150,000 annually. Salary is determined by a combination of factors including location, level, relevant experience, and skills.
