The SEO Specialist is responsible for driving organic growth and improving the visibility, performance, and technical health of the company's digital properties. This role serves as a critical liaison between Marketing, Content, and Engineering teams, ensuring that websites are optimized for both search engines and users. The SEO Specialist leverages technical SEO expertise, content optimization strategies, and data-driven insights to increase organic traffic, improve search rankings, and support business growth objectives.

Technical SEO & Site Health:

  • Conduct Technical SEO Audits: Regularly identify and resolve crawlability, indexing, rendering, and overall site performance issues.
  • Monitor & Improve Site Health: Address technical debt like 404 errors, redirect chains, duplicate content, and indexing concerns.
  • Manage Configurations: Maintain critical technical SEO assets including XML sitemaps, robots.txt files, and canonical tags.
  • Optimize Performance (with Dev Teams): Partner with developers to improve Core Web Vitals, PageSpeed performance, and mobile usability.
  • Implement Structured Data: Maintain Schema.org/JSON-LD markup to boost search visibility and qualify for rich results.
  • Support Site Architecture: Assist in evaluating URL structures, navigation, taxonomy, and overall website architecture to support scalability and search performance.

On-page SEO & Content Optimization:

  • Perform Keyword & Competitor Analysis: Identify new content opportunities and organic growth initiatives through deep-dive research.

The salary range for this role is $90,000-$100,000 annually.  The total compensation package for this position is negotiable and may also include annual performance bonus, ESPP, enhanced time off packages and benefits. This job doesn't have an expiration date and will remain open until a qualified candidate is hired.Â
