Midas is seeking an experienced and motivated A-Level Automotive Technician to perform advanced diagnostics, complex repairs, and mentor developing techs. What You’ll Do
  • Perform advanced diagnostics, drivability, and electrical repairs
  • Complete brake, suspension, steering, and engine performance work
  • Ensure all services meet or exceed Midas quality standards
  • Communicate effectively with the service team for accurate estimates and timelines
  • Mentor and support lower-level technicians in their development
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience as an A-Level or Master Technician
  • ASE certifications (or willingness to obtain)
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to lead by example in productivity, accuracy, and teamwork
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
