You will interact with clients through secure video chat platforms, ensuring that you can provide a safe and confidential counseling environment. The position also allows for a customizable work schedule tailored to your personal preferences and needs, making it ideal for both full-time and part-time professionals.

• Provide individualized counseling sessions to clients via video chat, focusing on improving their mental health and emotional well-being.
• Facilitate discussions that help clients explore their emotions, thoughts, and experiences to foster self-awareness and insight into their personal and interpersonal challenges.
• Act as an advocate for clients, assisting them in defining clear, attainable therapeutic goals and milestones.
• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients’ mental health conditions to inform the development of personalized treatment plans that are aligned with evidence-based practices.
• Utilize a solution-focused approach in your therapeutic methodologies, drawing on your clinical knowledge to implement effective treatment strategies.

The clients you will serve are primarily pre-screened individuals who are stable and experience low acuity issues. This allows for more focused and meaningful therapeutic interactions, where you can help clients move toward their personal goals in a supportive and constructive environment. • A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• Possession of valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Demonstrated ability to make professional evaluations, treatment planning, and implementation recommendations.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a sympathetic disposition that fosters trust and engagement with clients.
• Proficient computer literacy skills necessary for managing digital client records and utilizing telehealth platforms.

• Previous experience in a clinical counseling setting, particularly with teletherapy.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic methodologies and interventions.
• Experience working with diverse populations and understanding of cultural competencies in therapy settings.

Compensation for this position is competitive, with an annual salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Our therapists receive weekly direct deposits, ensuring financial stability. Additionally, full-time counselors are eligible for a monthly healthcare stipend to assist with medical costs.

We also provide a personalized full caseload that can be established within a mere 14 days, minimizing the time it takes for you to begin making an impact. Administrative tasks are handled by our team to reduce paperwork burdens, allowing you to focus on your clients. Our therapist portal is equipped with advanced online tools and resources designed to support your practice based on the requirements of your licensed state.
