Summary:

Fractal is looking for a proactive and driven Engagement Manager – Decision Science to join our Decision Science Consulting team. In this role, you will help power measurable outcomes for leading technology organizations, leveraging cutting-edge Data Science, Marketing Analyics, GenAI, Engineering, and Behavioral Science capabilities. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who combines consulting-grade systems thinking, strong problem-solving, effective communication, and thought leadership to help our clients solve their most strategic business problems. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as the lead for India based team and interface with senior delivery leaders as well as clients.
  • Lead delivery of complex analytics and AI-driven programs, ensuring quality and timely outcomes.
  • Build and groom high performing teams with effective hiring processes, onboarding systems and proactive, targeted interventions.
  • Proactively innovate solutions leveraging decision science, data science, behavioral insights, engineering and Gen AI capabilities.
  • Foster collaboration across multi-disciplinary teams and drive delivery excellence by identifying process improvement opportunities
  • Continuously keep abreast of Tech industry developments to consult clients and proactively innovate on their behalf.
  • Contribute to thought leadership and practice growth initiatives by preparing case studies, publishing articles and attending industry conferences.



Core Requirements (Must Have)

  • 8-14 years of experience in analytics consulting or decision science leadership roles.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and work with US based counterparts and managing senior client relationships to deliver complex programs.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with first-principles thinking.
  • Established subject matter expert in 1 or more of the following – data science, digital marketing, behavior science, GenAI, product management, software development with strong familiarity or interest in remaining fields
  • Excellent communication and team leadership skills; ability to mentor and build high-performing teams.
  • Culture fit: Humble, Hungry, Smart (HHS) with a collaborative approach.


Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

  • Familiarity with SQL and Python for problem-solving (hands-on).
  • Exposure to consulting frameworks e.g. 5-whys, issue tree, prioritization matrix
  • Exposure to project management frameworks e.g. agile, waterfall, scrum
  • Exposure to product management concepts e.g. PRD, backlog grooming, user storiesExperience in digital analytics, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Understanding of Adobe Analytics concepts and digital data structures.
  • Exposure to standard ML techniques (e.g. regression, clustering, experimentation, forecasting).Interest in emerging GenAI applications and trends.

Pay:

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Fractal, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current base is: Up to $200,000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus for the current performance period.

As a full-time employee of the company or as an hourly employee working more than 30 hours per week, you will be eligible to participate in the health, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability plans in accordance with the plan documents, which may be amended from time to time. You will be eligible for benefits on the first day of employment with the Company. In addition, you are eligible to participate in the Company 401(k) Plan after 30 days of employment, in accordance with the applicable plan terms. The Company provides for 11 paid holidays and 12 weeks of Parental Leave. We also follow a “free time” PTO policy, allowing you the flexibility to take the time needed for either sick time or vacation.
