Job description

PSE?s Just Energy (JE) Portfolio recognizes that the present effects of past discrimination continue to have a disproportionate impact on Black and disinvested communities of color. We know with data informed certainty that the American South is ground zero for climate justice, economic justice, racial justice, health equity, and inclusive democratic participation. The region is home to four cities with highest energy burdens for low-income households and the South experiences a higher frequency of billion-dollar climate disaster events than any other region in the U.S.

This role requires an exceptional, experienced leader to serve as the full-time Just Energy Program Manager. The position is based in our offices located in downtown Atlanta, Georgia. Reporting to the Just Energy Director. The Just Energy Manager will be acutely aware of all programmatic work happening within the Just Energy portfolio and able to speak to it clearly and thoroughly. This requires an individual with an advanced understanding of successful collaborative environments and a keen eye for detail and expertise in process development and management. The Just Energy Manager will manage key aspects of JE programming. This position reports to the Director of Just Energy. In addition to the responsibilities outlined below, s/he will be expected to help support all efforts to successfully achieve the portfolio and organization?s goals.
