Endpoint Technicians
• Diagnose computer hardware problems for repair or replacement or upgrade (laptop, desktop, servers, switches, mobile device, printer, copier, plotter, video conference)
• Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Office 365, iOS and mobile device and VM tools
• Hands-on experience in relevant hardware and software installation, upgrade, and troubleshooting
• Detective-like troubleshooting and problem solving, attention to detail
• Knowledge and experience of customer IT service delivery, ticketing tools and knowledge-based systems
• Customer service orientation
• Must be able to work on-site in Chelmsford, MA (suburb of Boston, MA)
