You will work closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional partners to shape product direction, define roadmaps, and deliver high-impact endpoint management capabilities.ย Youโ€™llย also collaborate closely with other Product Managers to ensure NinjaOne continues to lead the market in how modern endpoint management platforms are designed, used, and evolved.ย

If you enjoy building core product capabilities, working close to real-world IT use cases, and helping define what โ€œgreatโ€ looks like in endpoint management,ย weโ€™dย love to hear from you.ย ย

Location - We are flexible on remote working from home, if you are located in the USA and reside in one of the following states - CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, *IL, KS, ME, MA, MD, NJ, NC, NY, OR, TN, TX, VA, & WA.

What Youโ€™ll be Doing

Help define and evolve the vision forย NinjaOneโ€™sย core endpoint management capabilities, ensuring we continue to lead the market in functionality, usability,ย innovationย and flexibility.ย
  • Roadmap &ย Prioritizationย
Contribute to and own key parts of the core platform roadmap. Evaluate opportunities, set priorities, and make trade-offs that deliver the most value to customers and the business.ย
  • Endpoint Management Capabilitiesย
Drive product direction for core features such as automations, policies, agent behaviour, configuration models, and other foundational capabilities used across the platform.ย
  • Cross-Functional Collaborationย
Work closely with engineering, design, support, and other stakeholders to bring new capabilities from concept to delivery, ensuring features are well-defined, usable, and solve real customer problems.ย
  • Customer & Market Insightย
Engage with customers, MSPs, and internal teams to understand how endpoint management is used in practice. Translate those insights into product improvements and new capabilities.ย
  • Product Craft & Executionย
Write clear product requirements, defineย workflowsย and edge cases, and ensure features are delivered to a high standard. Iterate based on feedback and usage data.ย
  • Platform & Ecosystem Thinkingย
Ensure core platform capabilities work cohesively across NinjaOne and enable other product areas to build on top of them effectively.ย
  • Other duties as needed

About You

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred, but notย required.ย
  • 5+ years of experience in IT or technical roles such as managing or working in an IT helpdesk, at an MSP, or in an internal IT team.ย
  • 2+ years ofย Strong Product Management experience, ideally with B2B SaaS or IT management products.ย
  • Solid background in operating systems or system administration, such as:ย

  • Experience in MSP, internal IT, or infrastructure-focused rolesย
  • Deep understanding of how IT teams manage endpoints in real-world environments.ย
  • Comfortable working closely with engineers and understanding technical concepts without needing to write production code.ย
  • Proven ability to take product features from idea to delivery and iterate based on customer feedback.ย
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.ย
  • Data-informed decision maker who balances customer needs, product quality, and business priorities.ย
