Job description

We are seeking an EMM Support Specialist to join our team and support our Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) platforms, mobile devices, endpoint compliance and operational mobile technology workflows for Emsere.
As an EMM Specialist, you will ensure mobile and endpoint technologies are provisioned, supported, secured, and maintained efficiently while assisting users with mobile device and endpoint-related support issues.
You Will Also
  • Troubleshoot mobile device and application issues.
  • Follow escalation procedures and support workflows.
  • Identify recurring endpoint or compliance problems.
  • Support users in operational and clinical environments.

Qualifications
  • Relevant Bachelor's degree (e.g. Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline)
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in endpoint management, mobility supports, or IT roles.
  • Experience with Microsoft Intune, Workspace ONE, JAMF, or similar EMM platforms preferred.
  • Familiarity with iOS, Android, Windows, and macOS device management.
  • Understanding of endpoint compliance, identity management, and mobile application deployment.
