About the role:
We are seeking a highly motivated, proactive individual with a strong work ethic to join our Commercial Operations team. In this role, you will serve as a key business partner to the Endoscopy Sales Division and Regional Managers, building strong relationships while developing a deep understanding of regional market conditions. You will be responsible for creating sales enablement tools, identifying business opportunities, shaping resource deployment strategies and helping Regional Managers address business challenges through timely, impactful analytics by leveraging Boston Scientific sales tools and resources. This role also requires close collaboration with Sales Support, Marketing, Finance and IT to deliver data-driven solutions that support commercial success.
Work model, sponsorship, relocation:
At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our Marlborough, Massachusetts, office at least three days per week. Boston Scientific will not offer sponsorship or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this position at this time.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Partner with Regional Managers and Sales Leadership to provide proactive analytics, business planning support, opportunity management and sales execution support.
  • Provide actionable insights into sales performance, market trends, pipeline health and risk mitigation to accelerate revenue growth.
  • Support Regional Managers with business conversions, deal modeling and market share assessments aligned with commercial strategies.
  • Deliver training focused on analytics tools, AI capabilities and enablement systems to increase field adoption.
  • Leverage AI capabilities to simplify workflows, improve business processes and deliver scalable insights that support business decisions.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Care and IT to implement data-driven solutions that support commercial priorities.
  • Drive continuous process improvements through AI-enabled solutions to maximize efficiency and increase productivity.
  • Contribute to team development through cross-training, onboarding support, mentorship and change management initiatives.

Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-4 years' experience in a sales analyst, financial analyst or related analytical role.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong AI, data management and technology skills, with demonstrated experience implementing business solutions.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications, Salesforce, Tableau, SQL and programming languages.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines while maintaining a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail and customer service.
  • Ability to travel 10%-20% as required.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage highly confidential information.
  • Demonstrated success working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience within the medical device industry.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience supporting a field sales organization.
