Position Purpose:

Provide comprehensive IT infrastructure and enduser support across NCR Voyix locations, partnering with local, regional, and global business and IT teams to ensure reliable systems, secure operations, and highquality technical service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • EndUser & PC Support: Deliver handson support for laptops, desktops, and highperformance engineering workstations, including system staging, restoration, and recovery.

  • Help Desk Operations: Resolve incidents in accordance with SLAs, document and track issues, and collaborate with global teams to ensure timely resolution.

  • Information Security Support: Assist Global Information Security (GIS) with antivirus protection, data backup and recovery processes, compliance audits, and security initiatives.

  • Executive & Hybrid Workforce Support: Provide whiteglove technical support for employees and senior leadership in both office and remote work environments.

  • IT Asset Management: Maintain accurate hardware inventories, manage stock levels, and perform regular audits.

  • Vendor & Warranty Management: Coordinate with vendors for hardware support, repairs, and warranty services.

  • Hardware Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair hardware issues, performing component replacements as needed.

  • Software Configuration & Support: Configure, troubleshoot, and resolve software issues across multiple platforms.

  • Technical Environment Expertise: Support Windows, Microsoft Office, and macOS/iOS environments.

  • Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity: Assist with disaster recovery planning, testing, and execution.

  • Project & Upgrade Support: Contribute to IT projects, system upgrades, new technology implementations, and hardware refresh initiatives.

  • IT Planning & Execution: Participate in planning and execution of IT initiatives aligned with business needs.

  • Timesheet Management: Accurately record and maintain weekly timesheets using designated systems.

Requirements:

  • Communication Skills: Ability to effectively collaborate with global, regional, and sitebased crossfunctional teams, as well as external vendors and solution partners.

  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a collaborative, teamfocused mindset.

  • Flexibility: Willingness to support afterhours IT needs and work across multiple NCR Voyix sites.

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of handson technical support experience.

Education & Certifications:

  • Required: Associate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

  • Preferred: CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications (Office, Administration, or Professional).
