Job Description

Product research, sourcing and quoting
Telephone communication with customers / vendors to generate ideas and get pricing
Create meaningful presentations of options for customers to choose from 

*Process client orders 

Provide daily order update reports 

. Invoicing  and follow up 
Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

Must have printing or promotional products experience
Excellent verbal/written communication and organizational skills are essential
Strong computer skills required with proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook
Must be able to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
Ability to manage multiple projects and multi-task
Excellent research skills and experience in using industry search tools
