Job Overview:

As a Patriot Systems Analyst, responsible for preparing and reviewing program documentation to support planning efforts and MT adequacy-of-document findings. Analyze systems and/or program requirements and objectives to characterize all issues and objectives to be evaluated. Evaluate and track Software Investigative Reports (SIRs). Support Development of Post Deployment Build Test Plans for Developmental Test and Evaluation of various Patriot Subtests. Review Missile

Firing Test plans. Support Development of Test Reports and Program Briefings. Prepare and track Test Incident Reports (TIRs). Provide Joint Analysis Team (JAT) support for Patriot Program test activities to include pretest briefings, test

planning, test conduct, test monitoring, and post-test reporting and briefing activities.


Support Hours: Applicant shall be available during core work hours as established the Government customer.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Interface with the customer on a regular basis to ensure project completion
  • Provide regular reporting to customers and management.
  • Provide technical guidance and direction to team members.
  • Performs data analysis processes to determine whether the results of a given test conform to the requirements of that test and whether the data satisfies its intended use and user needs.
  • Works autonomously to provide reports, services and products directly to the customer without management oversight.
  • Exercises discretion and independent judgment to accomplish goals set forth by mission objectives, policies and training procedures.
  • Performs data analysis processes that encompass software-based systems, computer software, hardware, interfaces, firmware, microcode, and documentation.
  • Assists with routine assignments that normally require conferring with end users to analyze requirements, such as forms of data input, how data is manipulated and summarized, and how reports are to be formatted.
  • Provides technical expertise in system requirement definition, technical test design, test plan development, test instrumentation coordination/integration, test execution/investigation, data analysis, and test result reporting.
  • Develops range test support documentation and data analysis plans.
  • Provides test bed configuration management.
  • Prepares test status/progress reports, and prepares/presents technical test assessments on system performance
  • Research system threats and provides threat /target coordination
  • Responsibilities include assisting in test planning, test execution, interpreting test requirements for test implementation, test monitoring, and data collection efforts.
  • Coordinates test bed configurations and require range support elements for test sites.
  • Schedules site test set-up/break-down, courier service, test monitoring, test conduct, analysis, briefings, and post-test data distribution.
  • Other duties as assigned or required.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements/Education:

  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Sciences, or Physics.
  • 3-5 years' experience supporting WSMR test programs or similar efforts.
  • Strong analytical and writing skills.
  • Able to work well on a team.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen due to contractual requirements.

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearence
