Job description

SUMMARY:

The Senior Advisor, Product Management plays a key role in shaping product growth and scalability, operational effectiveness, and market success of assigned products and programs. This position serves as a trusted thought partner to Product Leadership, providing expertise, market insights, cross-functional leadership, and execution support across all phases of the product lifecycle.

The Senior Advisor is responsible for the day-to-day management and oversight of EncircleRx while also supporting new product ideation, turning strategies into operationalized product enhancements, defining requirements, and ensuring successful implementation of product initiatives. This role partners closely with Sales, Account Management, Operations, Clinical, Technology, Reporting, Legal, and Implementation teams to deliver solutions that improve client outcomes, enhance operational efficiency, and support organizational growth.

The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with strong execution and operational capabilities and is comfortable navigating complex business challenges while influencing stakeholders across multiple functional areas.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Product Strategy & Lifecycle Management

  • Support the development and execution of product strategies, roadmaps, and long-term growth plans.

  • Lead analysis of product performance and recommend solutions to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and business outcomes.

  • Support Product Leadership discussions in assessing new opportunities, business cases, and strategic initiatives.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Lead and influence cross-functional teams in the development, enhancement, implementation, and ongoing management of products and programs.

  • Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and operational, technical, and clinical teams.

  • Drive alignment across teams while balancing competing priorities and business objectives.

  • Facilitate discussions, resolve issues, and ensure product initiatives remain on track.

Product Development & Implementation

  • Translate business needs into actionable product requirements and operational solutions.

  • Develop business requirements, process flows, stakeholder communications, and implementation plans.

  • Support product launches, enhancements, and operational readiness activities.

  • Monitor implementation progress and proactively identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.

Operational Excellence & Process Improvement

  • Evaluate product administration processes and identify opportunities to improve scalability, efficiency, and stakeholder experience.

  • Lead initiatives focused on standardization, automation, and continuous improvement.

  • Establish and maintain documentation, workflows, governance processes, and operational best practices.

  • Partner with internal teams to resolve complex operational challenges and improve end-to-end product delivery.

Analytics & Business Insights

  • Analyze product performance, operational metrics, client feedback, and utilization trends.

  • Translate data into actionable recommendations that support strategic decision-making.

  • Develop reporting, business cases, and executive-level presentations to communicate product performance and opportunities.

  • Monitor key performance indicators and identify trends requiring action or investment.

Stakeholder & Client Engagement

  • Serve as a product subject matter expert for internal stakeholders and client-facing teams.

  • Support client discussions, strategic reviews, and escalated inquiries related to product capabilities and performance.

  • Partner with Sales and Account teams to evaluate client requests, custom solutions, and product fit assessments.

  • Build trusted relationships across the organization to support collaboration and successful product outcomes.

Thought Leadership & Organizational Influence

  • Provide subject matter expertise and strategic guidance to peers, project teams, and leadership.

  • Mentor and support less experienced team members through knowledge sharing and coaching.

  • Influence decisions through data-driven recommendations, industry expertise, and sound business judgment.

  • Champion innovation, continuous improvement, and adoption of best practices across the product organization.

IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE A COMBINATION OF THE FOLLOWING:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Operations, Program Management, Business Analysis, Healthcare Operations, or a related field.

  • Demonstrated experience leading complex initiatives and driving cross-functional collaboration.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.

  • Experience developing business requirements, process documentation, and executive communications.

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to influence without direct authority and effectively navigate ambiguity.

  • Experience supporting healthcare, pharmacy benefit management (PBM), healthcare technology, or benefit management solutions.

  • Knowledge of product development methodologies and lifecycle management practices.

  • Experience with client-facing product support, implementation, or consulting activities.

  • Experience evaluating business opportunities and developing strategic recommendations.

  • Advanced Excel, reporting, and presentation development skills


If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 113,200 - 188,600 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
