Senior Advisor Corrosion Execution

What You Will Do:
  • Provide guidance and expertise to help prevent and address pipeline corrosion issues, while supporting day-to‑day priorities and problem solving.
  • Review and validate corrosion-related information to support safety, compliance, risk management, and business decisions.
  • Lead and be responsible for corrosion improvement projects, including inspections, monitoring programs, equipment upgrades, and maintenance activities.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Finance, and other teams to develop solutions, prioritize work, and secure project funding.
  • Manage corrosion projects from planning through completion, ensuring objectives, budgets, and timelines are met.
  • Support continuous improvement by enhancing processes, adopting new tools and technologies, and mentoring team members and business partners.
Who You Are:
  • Bachelor's degree or a technologist diploma in a related field.
  • 8+ years of directly related experience.
  • Proven project management experience with the ability to lead projects from planning through execution.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence, collaborate, mentor, and train others.
  • Working knowledge of corrosion management and pipeline integrity, with the ability to analyze information and develop practical recommendations.
  • Skilled at coordinating cross-functional work, balancing competing priorities, managing risks, and delivering results in dynamic environments.
  • Previous corrosion-related experience in oil and gas pipelines is preferred.
Physical Requirements:

Grasping, kneeling, light – moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.

Mental Requirements (Both Field & Office):

Ability to: understand, remember and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information, understand complex problems and collaborate/explore alternative solutions, organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology, organize and prioritize work schedule on a short-term basis, make decisions which have moderate impact on the immediate work unit and monitor impact outside this area, understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines, complete routine forms, compose letters, outlines, memoranda and basic reports and communicate with individuals via telephone.

Working Conditions:

Office environment with some fieldwork exposure.

Moderate travel (up to 25%) within the U.S. to various sites for inspections and project oversight.

Salary:

Ranges from $100,000 – $140,000 USD for U.S. locations based upon candidate’s experience, skills, and internal equity. Applicable compensation policies and guidelines apply to internal candidates.
