What You Will Do as a Sales Enablement Manager:
The Sales Enablement Manager is responsible for developing, coordinating, and delivering sales enablement programs that enhance the effectiveness and performance of the sales organization. This role partners closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, and Product Management to create and facilitate onboarding, product training, sales skills development, sales communications, and ongoing learning initiatives. The Sales Enablement Manager ensures sales team members have the knowledge, skills, resources, and information needed to successfully engage customers and drive business results.
How You Will Make a Difference:
  • Facilitate onboarding programs for new sales team members, delivering training that accelerates readiness and effectiveness.
  • Design, develop, and deliver instructor-led, virtual, and in-person training programs, as well as e-learning content focused on product knowledge, sales processes, selling skills, and customer engagement.
  • Develop and manage sales communications, including business updates, product information, and other key messages that support sales effectiveness and organizational alignment.
  • Coordinate and facilitate workshops, training sessions, and learning events for sales professionals across the organization.
  • Create, maintain, and continuously improve sales training materials, playbooks, job aids, presentations, and learning resources.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership, Business Leadership, Marketing, and Product Management to develop training programs that support new products, initiatives, and strategic priorities.
  • Assess training effectiveness through participant feedback, knowledge checks, engagement metrics, and performance indicators, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Provide coaching and support to sales team members on sales tools, processes, messaging, and best practices.
  • Maintain a library of sales enablement content and learning resources that are current, relevant, and easily accessible.
  • Identify skill gaps and learning opportunities within the sales organization and recommend solutions to improve performance, productivity, and readiness.

Skills for Success:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Training & Development, Education, or a related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, learning and development, or sales support.
  • Experience utilizing sales enablement and learning platforms such as Seismic, Articulate, Synthesia, and conversation intelligence tools.
  • Experience facilitating instructor-led training programs, workshops, and group learning sessions.
  • Experience developing sales training content, presentations, playbooks, and learning materials.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively engage audiences at varying levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
