Develops and delivers comprehensive training programs to enhance user proficiency with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems. Supports healthcare staff in navigating EMR applications, collaborating with IT and clinical teams to tailor instructional materials and ensure alignment with workflows.

Assists with the implementation of system updates and enhancements, ensuring users are prepared and supported throughout changes. Monitors training effectiveness, maintains accurate documentation, and facilitates hands-on workshops to reinforce practical application of EMR tools.

Responds to user inquiries, troubleshoots issues, and promotes seamless EMR utilization to support data accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements

Education and Experience:
Associate’s Degree (AA or AS) from an accredited college or university plus three (3) years of relevant work experience required. An equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. A Bachelor’s degree may be substituted for the required experience.


Minimum Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience developing and delivering EMR training programs
• Knowledge of electronic medical record (EMR) systems and clinical workflows
• Strong communication and instructional skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with IT and clinical teams
• Experience troubleshooting user issues and providing support


Required Licensure/Certifications

Epic Credentialed Trainer status in the supported application must be obtained within six (6) months of hire or transfer into the position.
