Description

American Traveler is hiring an RN - Home Health to support an EMR transition, serving as a preceptor for HCHB PointCare implementation and requiring at least one year of home health experience.

Details
  • Home Health setting supporting a transition to the HCHB PointCare system
  • Day shift schedule, 5x8 hours, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday
  • First three weeks involve HCHB PointCare training (in-person Tuesday-Thursday, virtual Monday and Friday)
  • Following three weeks involve on-site go-live support and precepting current travelers and staff
  • Minimal bedside care expected, aside from potential ride-along support during implementation
Requirements
  • Active RN license (OR license pending is acceptable)
  • Minimum one year of Home Health experience required
  • HCHB PointCare/mobile app experience preferred but not required for RNs
Additional Information
  • Serve as a preceptor providing real-time guidance to current travelers and staff during EMR go-live
  • Gain hands-on experience with HCHB PointCare, precepting, EMR implementation, and AI-supported tools
  • Must be tech savvy, reliable, personable, and comfortable supporting others
  • No time off approved during this short contract
