Spring Bay Recovery Center is seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Independent Clinical Social Workers (LICSW) to join our remote team. • Conduct weekly live video sessions to deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to adult clients dealing with a range of emotional and psychological disorders.
• Utilize clinical skills to assess client needs, develop treatment plans, and engage in solution-focused therapy.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of providers to create comprehensive treatment strategies that address the diverse needs of each client.
• Monitor client progress through systematically administered symptom self-assessments and adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring continued alignment with therapeutic goals.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of clinical interactions through our user-friendly therapist portal, which includes automated reminders and tools for efficient record-keeping.

As an LICSW at Spring Bay Recovery Center, you will primarily work with adults suffering from a variety of mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, and other emotional disorders. Your expertise in culturally responsive care will empower you to provide effective support to a diverse client base. • A Master's or Doctorate degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
• An active Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in the state of Washington is essential, with additional state licenses considered a strong advantage.

• A minimum of 2 years of recent experience in providing cognitive behavioral therapy and other evidence-based therapies to adult clients exhibiting signs of depression, anxiety, or related mental health issues.
• A strong commitment to culturally responsive practice and a willingness to engage with clients of various backgrounds and experiences.
• Proficiency in using technology and integrating digital solutions into clinical practice is highly desirable.
