The opportunity
Delaware North Sportservice is searching for part-time Pantry Coordinators to join our team at Climate Pledge Arena in Seattle, Washington. Our Pantry Coordinators, wear many hats and our ideal candidates are excited by the opportunity to work on multiple projects and deliverables at once.
Pay
$21.80 - $21.80 / hour

What will you do?
  • Maintain organized pantries before, throughout, and at the close of each event.
  • Supervise Suite runners on duty to ensure they are staying on task.
  • Complete inventory at the closing of every month.
  • Assist where needed on event and non-event days.

More about you
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail in composing, typing, and proofing materials, establishing priorities and deadlines, ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written communication.
  • Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions and percentages.

Physical requirements
  • Able to lift up to 50lbs comfortably.
  • Visual acuity sufficient to see and distinguish required reports.
  • Manual dexterity sufficient for writing.
  • Frequent bending and reaching
