Do you love meeting new people, building relationships, and helping others feel confident and strong? Club Pilates is looking for an enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team!
This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a welcoming, fast-paced environment and enjoys connecting with people. As a Sales Associate, you'll be one of the first faces members see when they walk through our doors and will help guide them on their Pilates journey.
What You'll Do
In this role, you will help create an exceptional experience for every member and guest who visits our studio.
Provide outstanding customer service in person, over the phone, and via email
Welcome prospective members and help schedule Intro Classes
Follow up with leads to understand their goals and introduce them to Pilates
Sell memberships, retail, and private training packages while working toward monthly sales goals
Assist members with account questions and updates using our studio software (ClubReady)
Complete all required training modules through our Powerhouse learning platform
Support membership retention efforts and ensure members have a great experience
Maintain studio cleanliness and organization throughout your shift
Ensure studio forms, supplies, and literature are stocked and available
Participate in community networking events and studio promotions when scheduled
Perform additional duties as needed to support the studio team
Compensation
  • Hourly + Commission

    • Base pay is paid bi-weekly
    • Commission is paid monthly
