Shell Point is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Wellness Manager to lead the daily operations of our Fitness department while creating a welcoming, resident-focused environment that promotes healthy, active lifestyles. This leadership role oversees fitness staff, develops engaging wellness programming, teaches group exercise classes, provides personalized fitness guidance, and supports community-wide wellness initiatives and special events. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of fitness experience, supervisory experience, nationally recognized personal training and group exercise certifications, CPR certification, and a passion for working with older adults. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to inspire residents and staff while maintaining a safe, professional fitness environment.
