ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for a PR Intern to join the KHAITE team for this Fall '26 Semester. This role will report to the PR Manager and will be based out of the NYC HQ offices. This internship is unpaid and for college credit only.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Assist with all sample trafficking internally among different departments and externally among leading media outlets, industry stylists and brand influencers.
    • Coordinate all domestic and international shipping of samples as well as local couriers.
    • Monitor press and social media daily to search for KHAITE placements and compile all clips into an internal report.
    • Support the team in creating seasonal press assets, including lookbook documents and collection decks, and hi-res imagery for external distribution.
    • Conduct industry research for brand marketing, influencer seeding and partnerships.
    • Assist the larger team to plan and execute press events, including runway shows, re-see events, VIP fittings, brand dinners, etc.
    • Track event pickup on social and in media for recaps and compile clippings for post event recap reporting.
    • Consistently maintain and organize the sample closet, showroom and storage unit.
    • Order supplies to ensure KHAITE product is trafficked by luxury brand guidelines and standards.
    • Liaise with the retail and logistics team to coordinate any stock pulls/returns and manage inventory.
    • Strategize seasonal gifting initiatives with the PR team and track, analyze and catalogue the results across all social media.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
Interpersonal Skills:
  • Must be organized and have a strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative environment and dynamically align to changing business conditions
  • Keen interest for fashion and eagerness to immerse themselves in the industry

Education/Experience:
  • Currently enrolled for a Bachelor's Degree
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as the Google Suite
