Job Title: Part-Time HR Assistant (HR Intern)

Location: Troy, MI
Hours: 20-25 hours per week
Compensation: $19 - $22

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for a student or early-career professional interested in gaining hands-on experience in HR operations, employee relations, and administrative support. You'll work closely with the HR team to support daily functions and ongoing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide general HR support
