Position Summary

As our Owner Relations Agent, you’ll support and communicate with owners across our 800+ managed properties while working closely with our onboarding team, executive leadership, and cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure each property’s needs are met. You’ll play a key role in maintaining strong owner relationships through clear, professional communication and collaboration, while also serving as the welcoming face of Liquid Life in our office—creating a positive, family-style experience for both owners and guests.

On a typical day, you’ll manage the front desk, organize and prioritize your tasks, and balance a fast-paced mix of calls, owner communications, and guest needs. You’ll keep owners informed, accurately track property updates in our systems, and respond with a helpful, solution-focused mindset. If you bring strong organizational skills, enjoy working with people, and naturally lead with a “how can I help?” attitude, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and enhance owner relations, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and care.

  • Be the welcoming face of Liquid Life, greeting property owners and visitors with warmth and professionalism.

  • Serve as a liaison between property owners and various teams, coordinating with our executive team, cleaning, and other departments.

  • Handle phone calls and front desk duties with a smile, ensuring everyone who contacts us feels valued and heard.

  • Apply your meticulous work ethic in all tasks, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in every aspect of your role.

Required Qualifications
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, making everyone you interact with feel comfortable and understood.

  • Professional demeanor, demonstrating an understanding of the importance of first impressions.

Compensation, Benefits, & Schedule

Annual Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 based on experience and achievement
