CGS is seeking a skilled HR Policy Advisor (HRPA) โ€“ Junior to support mission-critical operations for a federal client.ย 

Skills and attributes for success:ย 

  • Provideย HR policy guidance, develop policy documentation, andย adviseย leadership on workforce policy issues.ย 

  • Collaborate with crossโ€‘functional teams and stakeholders.ย 

  • Analyze operational challenges and recommend improvements.ย 

  • Develop documentation, reports, and deliverables supporting missionย objectives.ย 

  • Support continuous improvement, compliance, and operational efficiency.ย 

Qualifications:ย 

Minimum of Up to 3 years of relevant experience.ย
