The Benefits Technology Partner serves as the client-facing technology partner for employee benefits systems: supporting system implementations, data feeds, and renewals. This role translates technology requirements into clear, actionable guidance for our clients. The Benefits Technology Partner works closely with our Sales and Service Teams, acting as a trusted partner for our clients, supporting them throughout the implementation process.
What you will Do:
  • Client Technology Partnership
    • Participate in benefits and payroll system implementation meetings, partnering directly with clients and internal teams
    • Distill, translate, and communicate benefit administration system configuration options
    • Supports benefits system implementations by acting as a second set of eyes on configuration decisions, helping ensure setup aligns with intended system functionality
    • Acts as department SME on outside benefit administration systems
  • Implementations & Data Integrations for Internal Benefits Administration System
    • Manage new Employee Navigator builds
    • Lead new payroll integrations from expectation setting through to "go live"
    • Align system setup with enrollment and renewal strategy
  • Sales & Renewal Support
    • Partner with Sales in prospecting meetings
    • Support complex renewals with data feeds or system changes
  • Cross Support
    • Provide support with renewal technology builds and client inquiries during peak periods
