In this role, you will help individuals, families, and seniors navigate their healthcare coverage options by providing personalized health insurance solutions, including Individual & Family Plans, Medicare, ACA Marketplace Plans, Dental & Vision Coverage, and Supplemental Health Products.

Responsibilities
- Assess clients' healthcare coverage needs and recommend appropriate health insurance solutions
- Educate clients on available Individual & Family, Medicare, ACA Marketplace, Dental, Vision, and Supplemental Health plans
- Present personalized coverage options and assist clients throughout the enrollment process
- Maintain ongoing relationships with clients through annual reviews and policy updates
- Respond to policy and coverage inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation in company systems
- Stay informed on carrier products, enrollment regulations, and industry trends
- Cross-sell additional insurance and financial services products when appropriate
Qualifications
- Active Health Insurance License preferred but not required
- Previous experience in health insurance, Medicare, customer service, sales, or financial services preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong presentation and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
