Responsibilities
Armor Health is looking for a HR Employee Experience Specialist to join our Human Resources team! This role oversees the employee onboarding and engagement touchpoints by creating memorable experiences to engage employees, iterate on culture, and drive company goals.
Relationships are at the core of what we do and who we are at Armor Health. Strong relationships, empathy, and trust make creativity, productivity, and growth possible. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to touch many points in an employee's life cycle so you will be a key piece of culture at Armor Health!
  • Act as a change agent and resource to assist Armor Healthcare on its journey to create a world class employee experience.
  • Foster a culture of "open arms" to new hires.
  • Monitor and audit the onboarding processes in each region.
  • Partner with sites to ensure streamlined process.
  • Ensure HRIS systems is leveraged to collect and analyze ways to improve HR processes.
  • Inform managers of new hire company-wide updates.
  • Partner with departments involved with the employee experience plan (IT, Site Leadership, HR, Credentialing, Learning), to give new hires all resources they need to be successful in their role, unified efforts across Armor.
  • Gather feedback from employees and sites to further enhance system processes.
  • Implement New Hire Touchpoints Audit Checklist
  • Act as a resource on new hire employee engagement and provide guidance and feedback to corporate and facilities to help them improve their success in this area.
  • Develop the Armor brand for our employees. Leverage social media and technology to reach employees and create multiple points of contact for them with the company.

Qualifications
Education and Experience Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, HR, Organizational Development, or related field preferred
  • Demonstrated passion for employee experience, inclusion and diversity or digital workplace principles/tools
  • Ability to focus and translate business goals into optimal HR and employee engagement solutions that are human, authentic and scalable.
  • Experience analyzing enterprise data to drive programs, content, campaign planning and decision making.
  • Demonstrated ability to act with empathy and communicate effectively when influencing stakeholders and leadership.
  • Experience in communications/change management to improve program efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Strong detail orientation and the ability to prioritize multiple projects concurrently is essential.
  • Experience with field-based and/or frontline employee engagement is a major bonus.
