- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, managers, immigration counsel, and internal stakeholders regarding global mobility and immigration matters.
- Act as the subject matter expert for U.S. and Canadian employment-based immigration while partnering with external immigration counsel to support immigration matters across EMEA and APAC.
- Manage employment-based immigration programs including visa sponsorship, renewals, permanent residence processes, work authorization, compliance activities, and case management.
- Partner closely with HR, Compensation, Payroll, Legal, Finance, and business leaders to ensure mobility and immigration activities align with business priorities, regulatory requirements, and employee needs.
- Provide consultation and guidance on complex global mobility and immigration matters, including policy interpretation, assignment structures, employee scenarios, relocation support, and cross-border employment considerations.
- Support global mobility program administration, including cost projections, assignment documentation, policy consultation, vendor coordination, and international immigration support.
- Develop, implement, and maintain Global Mobility and Immigration policies, governance standards, compliance frameworks, and operational procedures that support globally mobile employees.
- Lead and support process optimization initiatives by leveraging AI, automation, digital tools, and technology to simplify workflows, reduce administrative complexity, improve operational efficiency, and build scalable global programs.
- Continuously evaluate the employee journey across mobility and immigration programs, identifying opportunities to improve the employee experience while balancing compliance, operational excellence, and cost effectiveness.
- Partner with the Total Rewards Workforce Intelligence team to identify, interpret, and leverage mobility and immigration data and insights that support business decisions, compliance monitoring, employee experience, and program effectiveness.
- Utilize program metrics and analytics to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and cost drivers, providing recommendations that strengthen compliance, improve operational effectiveness, and enhance the overall employee experience.
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with external immigration counsel, mobility providers, relocation vendors, and other partners, establishing service expectations, driving accountability, and continuously improving service delivery.
- Monitor global immigration legislation, mobility trends, emerging technologies, and AI capabilities to proactively recommend innovative, scalable, and cost-effective program enhancements.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by challenging existing processes, embracing innovation, and delivering operational excellence that supports SharkNinja's continued global growth.
- Demonstrate SharkNinja's leadership principles by being Rarely Satisfied, Communicating for Impact, and recognizing that Winning is a Team Sport.
Skills Required:
