Our client, a highly respected community hospital, is seeking an experienced HR Operations /Employee Experience Manager to help build a high-performing Human Resources function that empowers leaders, develops employees, and strengthens organizational culture.

This newly created leadership role offers the opportunity to partner closely with executive leadership while improving HR operations, mentoring the HR and Talent Acquisition teams, enhancing the employee experience, and driving meaningful organizational change.

You'll make an impact by:

  • Leading day-to-day HR operations and service excellence
  • Coaching leaders through employee relations and people challenges
  • Developing and mentoring HR and Talent Acquisition professionals
  • Improving systems, processes, and operational effectiveness
  • Helping shape the future of Human Resources in a collaborative, fast-moving organization
