As a Senior Manager, Digital Employee Experience (DEX), you will be responsible for defining and delivering a seamless, modern technology experience for employees across Littelfuse's global footprint. Your role will focus on shaping the digital workplace strategy, enhancing employee productivity, and ensuring secure, reliable, and user-centric technology solutions across all environments.
About the Job:
  • Define and lead the global Digital Employee Experience (DEX) strategy, standards, and governance aligned with business and digital transformation goals
  • Lead the Global Desktop Engineering team, including people management, budget oversight, and vendor coordination
  • Drive endpoint architecture, security, lifecycle management, and modern device management (Intune, SCCM, Jamf)
  • Use data, analytics, and employee feedback (surveys, telemetry, focus groups) to continuously improve digital experience
  • Partner cross-functionally with IT, HR, Security, and Operations to deliver secure and reliable solutions with minimal business disruption
  • Lead adoption and change management initiatives through communication, training, and self-service enablement
  • Identify and implement AI-driven opportunities to enhance automation, efficiency, and personalized employee experiences

About You:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 8-12+ years of experience in digital workplace, end-user computing, or related IT roles
  • 3-5+ years leading global or distributed teams
  • Strong experience with endpoint management, collaboration tools, identity and access management, and ITSM/ITIL processes
  • Proven ability to deliver enterprise-scale digital workplace or employee experience initiatives
  • Experience influencing senior stakeholders, managing budgets, and working with external vendors
  • Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments preferred
  • Familiarity with platforms like ServiceNow is a plus
