OverviewThe Associate Director, Talent will be responsible for leading internal communications and employee engagement strategies that enhance the employee experience and strengthen the agency's internal brand and culture. This role will leverage engagement data and insights to design and implement impactful programs, initiatives, and events that align with agency priorities. With a focus on keeping employees informed, connected, and inspired, the successful candidate will play a critical part in fostering a thriving and inclusive workplace. This position reports to the VP, Talent.
