We're looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager who thrives on opening doors, building strategic relationships, and creating new opportunities. If you're energized by prospecting, winning new customers, and expanding into new markets, we'd love to talk with you.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hunting for new business rather than managing existing accounts. You'll play a critical role in growing our customer base while developing a high-performing network of channel partners.

What You'll Do
  • Identify and develop new customer opportunities in targeted markets.
  • Prospect, qualify, and convert new business opportunities.
  • Build relationships with OEMs, distributors, and strategic partners.
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop channel partners.
  • Lead customer presentations, proposal development, and contract negotiations.
  • Coordinate technical evaluations with engineering and product teams.
  • Participate in trade shows and industry events to expand market presence.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product Strategy, Customer Service, and Engineering to deliver exceptional customer solutions.
