What is an employee benefits enroller?

Employee Benefits Enrollers are professionals who help employees understand, select, and enroll in employer-sponsored benefits programs, such as health insurance, dental plans, retirement accounts, and other perks. They typically work on behalf of employers or benefits providers to guide employees through the enrollment process, answer questions, and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately. These enrollers play a crucial role in educating employees about their options and making sure they take full advantage of available benefits.

What skills and qualifications are needed to be an employee benefits enroller?
