What You'll do As a Care Partner, you can expect a range of responsibilities and tasks. Here are some general expectations: You will provide personal care: assist elders with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility, possibly with walkers and wheelchairs.

You will provide health monitoring and documentation: observe, document, and report changes in the elder's health or behavior to the Wellness Team. You will give emotional support: may support elders dealing with loneliness, anxiety, or other emotional challenges. Engaging in conversation, active listening, and offering companionship is part of your role.

You will assist with Meals: help elders with meals and possibly feed elders who require additional support. You will engage in social and recreational activities: supporting elders in life-enriching activities for their well-being. You will connect: Communicate with elders, their families, other team members, and guests.

You will keep things clean: may involve light housekeeping, such as tidying up and ensuring general cleanliness. What You'll Bring You will bring a willingness to learn and work within a team environment. You will bring good verbal communication and the ability to read, write, and speak English with residents and coworkers who only speak English.

You will bring licensing documentation (if required by your state) and be able to pass a criminal background check. You will bring the ability to perform job responsibilities with or without accommodation.
