Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Online EA - Artificial Intelligence for the 2026/27 school year . The primary purpose of this position is to work collaboratively with teachers, students, and Student Success Center (SSC) staff to monitor, evaluate, guide, and support student use of AI tools within online coursework.

Key Responsibilities:


- Complete monthly metrics and trends reports
- Enhance AI literacy through workshop offerings within classroom settings
- Occasionally, complete write-ups in collaboration with the SSC Manager for schoolwide blog posts and newsletters
- Participate in and deliver workshops during Innovations Orientation Week
- Any other reasonable task associated with serving our internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications:
We are looking for someone who demonstrates the following:


- Solid understanding of artificial intelligence tools used in education (eg, generative AI, writing assistants, code generators, image creators)
- EA experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to design and facilitate student workshops on AI literacy
- Ability to prioritize workload and flexibility to manage multiple tasks to ensure scheduled deadlines are met
- Eager to think beyond traditional modalities of education and to be a part of creating something new
- Ability to be discreet and manage confidential information sensitively
- Demonstrate alignment in supporting team goals over individual aims
- Collaborative and team-oriented; Relationally competent
- Demonstrate strength in emotional intelligence and interpersonal awareness
- Intrinsically motivated, adaptable, solution-oriented; self-reflective, and encouraging
- Proficient technology skills and ability to work in an online environment: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook),
