Behavioral Therapist - United Arab Emirates

Location: Living full-time in United Arab Emirates (living accommodations & travel to U.A.E. will be provided and paid for by company)

Schedule: Full-time, onsite in U.A.E. (flexibility and the ability to move, live, and work in the U.A.E. required)

Yearly Salary: $70,000 USD

As an ABA Therapist working for our client in the UAE, you’ll play a key role in helping an individual achieve their goals while working with a collaborative team of professionals.

What You’ll Do

As an ABA Therapist, you’ll implement an individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) program to support skill development and independence for our client. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing clinical programming as designed by the BCBA and Lead Teacher.
  • Collecting and recording accurate data to track the progress of our client.
  • Participate in team meetings to enhance programming and collaboration.
  • Support our client in community activities such as classes, sports lessons, and other outings.
  • Provide companionship and learning for our client.
  • Ensuring consistency in programming across different environments, including travel.
  • Maintaining clear and professional communication with families, team members, and supervisors.
  • Advocate for and safeguarding individuals’ rights.
  • Complete all required training and maintain relevant certifications.

Who You Are

You’re a compassionate, detail-oriented professional with a passion for supporting individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. You thrive in a structured environment and are eager to apply your knowledge of ABA principles to create meaningful change.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
  • Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.
  • Experience with ABA-based programming.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Valid passport with the ability to travel internationally.
  • Current RBT certification (or willingness to obtain it).
