  • Design and implement filter circuits with precision, ensuring minimal interference and signal integrity
  • Utilize ORCAD PCB design software (or similar tools) for schematic capture and PCB layout. Experience with Ansys HFSS Software is a plus
  • Collaborate closely with mechanical engineers, TEMPEST engineers, and other technical disciplines during system integration of prototypes and production units
  • Serve as Project Lead, managing budgets, schedules, and ensuring delivery of high-quality engineering output

  • Mission Relevance: The systems you design will have a direct role in safeguarding national security and supporting real-world defense and intelligence missions
  • Learning & Growth: With exposure to advanced technologies and industry leaders, youโ€™ll be well-positioned to expand your skills and advance your career
  • Fast-Paced Variety: Projects are diverse and fast-moving. No two weeks are the same, and youโ€™ll constantly engage with new challenges and technologies

Qualifications

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree (B.S.) in Electrical Engineering or higher education
  • 15+ years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on EMI/RFI design and TEMPEST/TSG standards
  • Strong experience designing filter circuits and using ORCAD or similar PCB design software
  • Strong experience in both analog and digital system design
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multi-disciplinary teams, including mechanical engineers and TEMPEST engineers.
  • Project management experience, including schedule and budget oversight
  • Current Security Clearance or ability to obtain one is required
  • Prior experience with national security or defense-related projects is a plus

Work Environment

  • On-site work is required for lab access, prototyping, or classified project support
  • Flexible schedules may be available depending on project phase
  • U.S. Citizenship and the ability to acquire a security clearance is required due to the nature of our work
