  • Support experimentation, pilots, and proof-of-value efforts while maintaining clarity around guardrails and expectations
  • Develop guidance, frameworks, and best practices for using AI and automation tools effectively
  • Contribute to enterprise adoption initiatives by embedding emerging technology considerations into broader rollout plans
  • Support ERP and existing systems as needed through collaborative team processes
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends, vendor roadmaps, and evolving capabilities to inform enablement strategy
  • Facilitate workshops, labs, and forums that encourage hands-on learning and critical thinking about new technologies
  • Model best practices in Information Security, ethical technology use, and data stewardship
Basic Requirements
  • College degree in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Business, Data, Information Technology or a related field preferred

  • Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly and translate them for others
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% annually
  • Able to work on-site full-time (1 day/week remote after 90 days)
Skills - We’re looking for someone who:
  • Has strong curiosity and a continuous learning mindset, especially around AI and emerging tools
  • Can explain complex or abstract technology concepts in clear, practical language
  • Thinks critically about risk, ethics, and governance alongside innovation
  • Is comfortable facilitating learning experiences rather than delivering traditional training only
  • Understands the balance between experimentation and operational discipline
  • Collaborates effectively with technical teams, instructional designers, and adoption specialists
  • Is organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple initiatives in parallel
  • Demonstrates sound judgment and accountability when introducing new capabilities
Preferred Requirements
  • Experience enabling AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, automation platforms, or low-code solutions
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, ServiceNow, or similar enterprise ecosystems
  • Experience designing learning programs or communities of practice
  • Exposure to data literacy, automation, or process improvement initiatives
  • Experience in the construction or field-based workforce environment
  • Local to the Kansas City Metro area
