Job description

Highpoint Church is seeking a Ministry Resident who is passionate about growing as a leader and serving in a local church. This residency provides hands-on ministry experience, intentional leadership development, coaching, and mentoring from experienced church leaders. Residents are integrated into the life of the church, given meaningful ministry responsibilities, and equipped through practical training, spiritual formation, and professional development. The program is designed to help emerging leaders clarify their calling, develop ministry competencies, and prepare for long-term vocational ministry.
