Job description

Divison Manager
Salary: $62,000/yr
Location: Newark, DE
What You'll Do
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned homes, ensuring compliance with Agency and regulatory standards through regular scheduled/unscheduled site visits and audits
  • Coordinate and develop Individual Plans (IPs), serving as the main point of contact for individuals served and their care teams
  • Maintain accurate records in the Client Profile System (CPS) and ensure timely documentation
  • Review timesheets, monitor budgets, and manage Individual Maintenance Allowances
  • Ensure health and safety compliance, including timely incident reporting and emergency response
  • Supervise House Managers and indirectly oversee direct support staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
  • Participate in hiring, admissions/transfers, and staff meetings
  • Ensure fundamental rights compliance (HRASC) and support corrective action plans as needed
  • Assume on-call responsibilities and other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in education, human services, psychology, social sciences, or related field strongly preferred
  • Experience: 2 years managing multiple residential sites; 2 years supervisory experience; 2 years working with individuals with intellectual disabilities
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required
  • Equivalent combinations of education/experience may be considered
